Join us for a discussion around how to build your self-awareness using a simple, systematic approach that can be applied in almost every situation and result in

a deeper understanding of yourself and others. You will be presented with 5 specific strategies to gain more self-awareness so that you can connect better with others and be more productive in your work and life.

speaker lisa latorcaiLisa Latorcai is a “Facilitator of Behaviour Change” and specializes in workforce dynamics. She works on a deep, individualized level where real change takes place. As the founder and Principal Consultant of her training company, Amadeus Consulting, Lisa has designed and delivered training and team coaching programs for small to medium-sized businesses, corporate departments, and the provincial government, and has spoken at industry conferences. She continuously receives accolades for her dynamic facilitation style and great energy.

Lisa has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Adult Education from St Francis Xavier and is certified in Choice Theory Psychology/Reality Therapy (CT/RT) by the William Glasser Institute. Complimenting her chosen career, Lisa is a life-long learner, avid reader, yogi, and mother of four charming teenagers that she continues to learn from every single day.
