This program discusses a key component of a sales process – technical sales. What role does project management and technical sales play in the sales process? Why is delivery a part of sales?
In this workshop, our trainer will lead the group to break down a generic pipeline. Together, the group breaks down the technical sales components of the pipeline, and look at the sales best practices at each stage. The group will better understand yield and advancement ratios and how they result in an increased bottom line.
