“About 85 percent of the factors contributing to...success are related to the ability to work effectively with people” – Dale Carnegie
The most challenging aspects of business development and innovation today are not knowledge or skills based....they are people based. Through this presentation you will discover, experience, and immediately be able to apply effective principles toward conflict resolution, conflict prevention and team performance enhancement. This tool, based on the Model of Human Behaviour, will prove invaluable in both your personal and professional life. I look forward to you joining me for this fun interactive workshop on “Solving the People Puzzle”, presenting the ultimate discovery system.
