January 13th at the London Pub

At a time when stress is at an all-time high leading to less productive employees and organizations, more and more people wish to go back to the basics and reconnect with what really matter: engaging connections based on trust to lead a happier and more productive life. Statistics don’t lie: Happy employees are more productive, better in sales, more creative and more engaged.

In this presentation, we will discuss various scientifically proven and easy-to-use tools based on the latest findings in neuroscience, emotional intelligence and positive psychology to manage stress and happiness in your workplace as a contributor and a leader.

  • Learn why we got our formula for success wrong.
  • Discover the unexpected path to achieving success and happiness.
  • Find out what makes a good leader and how to create resilient teams.
  • Learn how to be better at stress, be more engaged and more connected.
  • Learn unique ways to bring back unconditional joy within.
  • Learn why happy is the new productivity, why trust is the new currency, and why it is high time to get better at them.
