  • Insurance and risk management considerations.

errors1Maurice Audet, Senior Vice President, Aon Risk Solutions started his insurance career in 1973 after completing a Master’s Degree in Political Science at Simon Fraser University. Maurice is a Senior Vice President at Aon Risk Solutions and has worked for Aon for nearly twenty five years. Maurice’s activities include designing and implementing risk management solutions for clients in the fields of real estate, construction, engineering and independent power. In addition, Maurice is a resource for Aon offices and is actively involved in researching and keeping abreast of insurance related case law. Maurice is a frequent contributor to seminars related to insurance and insurance law and has authored numerous articles, including a book addressing many of the issues involved in insuring a construction project.



errors2Shelley Lloyd, B.Sc., J.D., Vice President, Senior Legal Consultant is a lawyer providing coverage analysis, advocacy and research resources to Aon Risk Solutions’ Claims team.  She is a specialist in management and professional liability risk including D&O, E&O, fidelity, fiduciary liability, trustee liability and regulatory management risk. She has made numerous presentations to Aon’s clients on loss control, professional liability and emerging D&O risks.  Shelley is also the author of Protecting Your Organization, Your Board, Yourself:  What every in-house counsel needs to know about D&O insurance, which was published in the International In-House Counsel Journal. Shelley received an Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, and her law degree from the State University of New York School of Law.
