Programs and projects by their very nature create change. How the steering committee manages the impact of change is a key component to realizing of the strategic benefits of your organizational change initiatives. It is a Program Manager / Project Manager’s job to flag and consider the changes and manage them effectively on both the technical side and the people side.
This workshop presents a consolidated view of project management phases with the necessary change management considerations at each phase, including best practices of implementation and tips on effectiveness of integration.
