Event Information:

When supervising a team of Project Managers, whether it be Process, Product or Service, merely assigning dedicated Project Managers alone does not guarantee Engineering projects will achieve the desired outcomes. Senior Management must ensure that their teams are working in an environment that is aligned to achieve project success. There are fundamental team management principles that are critical to success, particularly for Professional Engineers in supervisory positions.

This high impact workshop will provide you with tools and techniques that are utilized in overseeing a high-performance Project Management Office. In this advanced workshop, you will learn expert techniques for building successful project teams, monitoring the performance of project managers, and the critical role of project advocacy in aligning the organization. Critical elements of project leadership and practical methodology that should be implemented in every engineering project will be covered.
