failure patternsFailures do not always show expected pattern and behaviour. Conventional approaches may be misleading and analyzing them may require new approaches and techniques. Some of these techniques may be invented during the investigation.

 The presentation will highlight:
• Unusual failure patterns
• How to deal with an unusual failure
• Approaches to determine the root cause
