The world we work and lead in is in the midst of a major culture shift – a big C Shift away from old style command and control towards a new, more collaborative way of working. This shift is driven by an accelerating pace of change and the increasing complexity of the challenges we’re facing. A crucial implication of this C Shift is that we need to tap into the collective intelligence and creativity of our people to address these challenges. One crucial way to do this is through taking a coach approach to leadership. This means working with our people to bring out their best, stretching them and supporting them in their growth and performance.
In this Business Coaching Advantage Quickstart workshop the speaker will address:
• What is a coach approach and why does it matter?
• What’s driving the shift towards a coach approach to leadership?
• What does it mean for you to shift to a coach approach?
• What are the keys to an effective coach approach?
Whether you are a leader or an individual contributor this workshop will give you an understanding of how taking a coach approach will benefit you and your team and some concrete ideas and tools to help you go about it.
