An engineer’s best efforts, however, can be frustrated when an organization fails to deliver on that promise. This failure is most often the result of inadequate process management... a foundation for operational excellence.
This workshop introduces participants to six key elements that are essential for Effective Process Management and will enable engineers to better assess process risk in the organizations they support and educate process owners and managers in these important tools and methods”
Our presenter, Rod Morgan is a senior consultant for EZSigma Group, program manager and instructor for Lean Six Sigma programs at the Schulich School of Business. Having instructed and coached thousands of Black Belts, Green Belts, Yellow Belts and Champions in Canada and internationally, Rod is one of Canada’s foremost Lean Six Sigma trainers and practitioners.
He is frequently in demand as a speaker on quality at conferences where he leverages his diverse experience in enterprise information technologies, retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, healthcare, finance and the public sector.
